Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • We will arrange a repair, replacement or a full refund
  • Return shipping costs will be covered by us

This is in line with your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

Change of Mind

  • We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect choice, or no longer required items
  • This is standard in New Zealand, where retailers are not required to refund for change of mind unless stated

Return Conditions

  • Items must be returned in original condition and packaging
  • All accessories and manuals must be included
  • Returns must be approved before sending

Return Timeframes

  • Faulty/incorrect items: Contact within 7 days of delivery
  • Approved returns must be sent back to us within 7 days of approval

Refunds

  • Refunds will only be processed via the original payment method (credit card or bank transfer)
  • Refunds are issued once the item is received and inspected

Warranty

At Money Counter New Zealand, we stand behind the quality and reliability of all our products.

All products sold by Money Counter New Zealand include a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing faults and defects under normal use.

The NCS15BM Money Scales include an extended 2-year warranty for added peace of mind.

If you experience any issues with your product during the warranty period, our New Zealand support team is here to help with troubleshooting, repairs, or replacement where applicable.
